Interested in joining Runner's Edge of the Rockies? We train year-round and there are a variety of training options listed below that you can choose from.  This page outlines the triathlon program.

Our 8-month Triathlon Session begins on March 1st.  Register today so you can start your run-training with the group NOW.  (Effectively making this a 10-month program!)

    • You can also join individual Saturday group runs on an A la Carte (Drop-In) basis; $20 per run pre-paid, (however that covers that Saturday run only and no additional member benefits are included).

Triathlon Training Program (March - October)

The triathlon training program is ideal for people dipping into their first tris this year or getting ready to knock out some Half & Full IRONMAN events. This training program will include:

  • - Support and daily training plans for all level of athlete, from beginners to more advanced and experienced triathletes.
  • - Training plans to help you prepare and peak for popular Sprint, Olympic, & Half & Full IRONMAN events.
  • - Fully supported Saturday long runs with the group.
  • - Tuesday evening & Sunday group rides.
  • - Optional indoor spin workouts (while it’s dark/crappy).
  • - Coached Tuesday Speedwork included ($150 value).
  • - Coached group swim and transition clinics (some additional swim fees may apply depending on workout location).
  • - Full coaching support and in-person/online feedback from certified Tri Coaches Chris & Sarah DiCroce.
  • - All of the regular Runner's Edge VIP membership benefits including 20% discount at Runners Roost and some race discounts.
  • - Program runs for 8 months from March to October; sign up in January/February and start your run-training early.
  • - TONS of fun & group support!
