Not a member but want to come out for a Complimentary or Drop-In Run? No problem, but you must RSVP ahead of time so that we can ensure enough fluids/supplies!
The first half of the Summer/Fall Training Session has been awesome - 320 members signed up, and are in training for some big summer and fall events! If you haven't signed up yet, no worries as our pro-rated Mid-Summer Start option begins on August 21st - Get signed up today!
New Drop-In Saturday Run System
Please be aware that we are moving to a new system for guests coming out for Drop-In (or Complimentary) Saturday runs. In the past it was usually only a handful and easy to manage but in an effort to keep things moving smoothly on Saturday morning (and ensure we don’t run out of fluids), Drop-In runners will be required to pre-pay for their runs via PayPal for $16 (Click HERE). If someone forgets to pre-pay (and finds out the run details from someone else) and then shows up the morning of without an RSVP, then it’s $20. And as usual if you've never run with us and are interested in coming out then you can do so for free (one time complimentary run; no more than 12 miles max). Where are we running? Check the calendar below to see our list of awesome training runs!

SUMMER/FALL SATURDAY RUN CALENDAR:
All run logistics will be E-mailed to all Drop-In and Complimentary people after they have paid/RSVP'ed. 95% of training runs are out/back routes, with turnaround markers every half mile for people needing to go less than the maximum mileage. (So you can go as far as you need to go!)
We put aid stations with water/Gatorade out every 2 miles to ensure everyone stays hydrated. But please remember that we are CUP FREE to do our part in helping the environment by reducing the amount of trash from paper cups, and we will only have cups at the Start/Finish. So be sure to bring your HydraPouch (or bottles), to drink from at each aid station.
