ALUMNI members can register here for the current or next session.  These training items are all priced at the ALUMNI level.  You can also download a PDF version of the Registration for mail-in. You need only to enter your name in the Registrant field for the first item that you purchase.  You can view details of these training options below.

The Premium Online Coaching option is a subscription. As such, it is handled separately by PayPal and not as part of your shopping cart selections.

Full/Ultra Marathon Program:

Five-month program (June - October) designed to effectively prepare runners for a fall full or ultra marathon. Ideal for first-time and experienced distance runners. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, technical training shirt, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support.  (Members targeting Half or Full Ironman triathlons should select this program.)

Half Marathon Program:

Five-month program (June - October) designed to effectively prepare runners for a fall half marathon. Ideal for first-time and experienced distance runners. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, technical training shirt, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support.  (Members targeting Sprint or Olympic triathlons should select this program.)

10K/Base-Building Program:

Five-month program (June - October) designed to effectively prepare runners for one or several 5-10K events, and build a consistent weekly base for longer races in the future. Ideal for first-time and experienced runners. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, technical training shirt, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support.

Speedwork:

12+ Tuesday morning or evening workouts focused on improving cardio, strength, speed and technique for distance runners. Special emphasis will be given to individual training during these workouts, and a minimum average base of 20 miles per week is recommended.  Workouts will be held at a variety of central locations including hills, parks and tracks.

Premium Online Coaching:

Optional online coaching for members seeking a more customized training experience. Daily workouts will be E-mailed via the TrainingPeaks online training software, monitored with individual feedback, adjustments and recommendations provided by coaches.

Walker Program:

Five-month program (June - October) designed to effectively prepare walkers for a fall half marathon. (Available for Half Marathon only.) Ideal for first-time and experienced walkers. Members will receive daily training schedule specific to their ability and target race, technical training shirt, access to members only section of website, all weekly Saturday training runs, weekly member E-mails, member discounts with sponsor running stores and full coaching support.

Bootcamp:

8 Monday evening classes, designed to build core strength and improve speed and proper running form by combining elements of Yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics and Calisthenics.  Organized group classes are lead by an experienced coach and marathoner. More details...

Mental Workshop Series or Ala Carte:

10 guided mental strength workshops designed to improve training and race results through goal setting, improving focus, reducing anxiety, boosting confidence and creating a positive mindset.  Workshops will be lead by an experienced coach and participants will receive a workbook to document and track progress.
